DAY 01 HACIENDA – VALLEY FLOOR – SALINAS – MARAS – MISMINAY.
09:00 Our team will be waiting for you at our facilities to provide you with information on the recommendations and restrictions that must be taken into account in any ride.
10:00 After getting on our assigned horses, we will go to the suspension bridge of Paucarbamba, the same one that we will cross and then go to a forest of leafy eucalyptus trees and appreciate one of the largest Inka cemeteries in the Sacred Valley located on the valley floor.
11:00 Shortly after crossing the urban area of the town of Yanahuara, we will arrive at the suspension bridge of Tarabamba, the same one that we will cross and register our entrance to the Salinas de Maras there.
13:00 Traveling along old roads that not even time has been able to erase and at an altitude of 2800 meters above sea level, it is that when doing this route it is possible to appreciate places so ancient that they even seem to have been forgotten.
DAY 02 MISMINAY – MORAY – MAHUAY PAMPA – HUAYPO LAGOON
09:00 The next day after having our breakfast, extensive plains of oat and barley crops will witness our passage until we reach the Huaypo lagoon and its rich biodiversity.
10:00 Horseback ride down to the “Moray” viewpoint Laboratory for air conditioning of Inka agricultural seeds.
13:00 Lunch in the open field.
14:00 Throughout the adventure that awaits us that afternoon, we will pass through the town of Mahuaypampa, and its extensive land of diverse crops, we will see the flight of the eagles and the balance that exists today with the local life system.
16:00 Our entrance to the point of visual contact with the Huaypo lagoon will be great, because from our horses we will be able to appreciate the lagoon from end to end, we will hear the trill of the resident birds, we will see an immense number of pigs that are raised by local families and We will talk about the importance that these represent within the economy of the area.
17:00 Arrival at our domed lodge strategically located with a view of the lagoon and we will spend the night there.
18:30 Dinner and overnight.
DAY 03 HUAYPO LAGOON – TTIOBAMBA – MARAS – HACIENDA.
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 After getting our horses ready, we will go through a thick hill of eucalyptus trees, after crossing it, we will have our views fixed on the snow-covered mountains of the Sacred Valley of the Inkas, these are: Chicón, Patacancha and Verónica.
11:30 An old colonial construction from the 16th century awaits us on the way, it is the church of Ttiobamba.
